In Person Sessions
If you are feeling overwhelmed about where to start but don’t have large blocks of time to work together in person or you are located outside of the NYC/ area, I offer individual and packaged virtual sessions. Think of it as therapy for your space.
1 hour Space Therapy Virtual Consultations $125
If you want to come up with a plan to get a project off the ground, need advice, encouragement or just want to see how the process works before committing to a full package, I offer single 1 hour virtual consultations.
4 hour Space Therapy Virtual Package $450
A package allows you to commit to a project and gives you the support and accountability partner you need to help you along the way. It includes:
1 hour Preliminary Phone Consultation: We discuss the bigger picture of what you want to focus on and come up with a plan to get started.
[3] 1 hour Check-ins: Along the way, we have sessions to see how things are progressing, where you are getting stuck and I provide techniques to help you get unstuck. We can even use the time to do some clutter clearing together virtually!
Your Schedule: You work on your own in set timed 30 min increments. As many as you can do! Calls can be done once a week over a month or all in one week. Whatever works best for you.
Text Check-ins: You can text me to report your wins, if you have a question or if you are stuck and need some advice or encouragement during the duration of your package.
Virtual Sessions “Space Therapy”
Do you have an AirBnb or a place you sublet need advice about? I have Air BnB’d and subletted the apartments I’ve lived in countless times over the last 12+ years and have traveled around the US and Europe and done my share of subletting. I offer virtual consultations or site visits to share with you the best approach to this and what you need to have (and need to hide!) from your guests to make their stay as pleasant and as comfortable as possible while also keeping your place in tact.
I also offer design consulting services if you want to start from scratch and create a guest rental from the bottom up.
Additionally if you are in the NYC area, I offer property management services post guest / pre or post cleaning person to add any personal touches and adjust everything so it is prefect for the next guest. I offer this last service because I WISH I had this for my place when I have back to back guests. This can include assessing damage for deposit returns, re-upping supplies and beautifying the place for the next guest.
